THE HOUSE
Gregor’s house is a guesthouse in the summer and a home away from home to Slovenian and exchange (Erasmus) students & interns the rest of the year.
Kitchens in shared flats and studios at Gregor’s house are fully furnished. All beds come with matching size duvets and pillows. A set of bed linen and a towel are also included in the costs. Upon request, can provide a care package for you (new bed linen & towels). You will be provided with assistance in case of situations such as personal emergencies, repairs, registration etc.
LOCATION: The house is located near University of Ljubljana’s Faculty of Sports, Faculty of Medicine, Faculty of Health Sciences. It is located only 2.4 km (a 7 min bus or bike ride) from downtown Ljubljana, providing good access to the bars and restaurants of the old city centre and venues such as Križanke (Summer festival concerts). The popular alternative hang out spaces such as Metelkova Autonomous Cultural Zone and Orto Bar are located even closer.

On request (for supplement), we can provide cleaning of shared spaces (mandatory in the summer months from mid-July). The cleaning increases the monthly costs to up to 100 per month depending on number of gusts and frequency of cleanings.

The exceptional location near the city center (15 minutes’ walk) offers both the entire infrastructure and many green areas for recreation - Savsko naselje is considered one of the best residential neighborhoods near the city center and is one of the greenest neighborhoods in Ljubljana.
Good equipment with basic supplies and services (nearby are the supermarkets Mercator and Spar, NLB bank ATM, Petrol station, Post Office on Štihova St., Soča pharmacy, cozy Pubs and Restaurants, eg. Pub Gas Station, Restaurant Cubo, etc.) and sports fields (eg. Savsko naselje Sports Park, etc.) contribute to quality living environment.
Not far along Šmartinska St. there are also larger shopping centers (Mercator Hipermarket, BTC, IKEA, Bauhaus, etc.), and in the direction to the center, there are the main train and bus station, the exhibition center Gospodarsko razstavišče and UKC (University Medical Centre Ljubljana).

The studio is located in an old city building with 11 apartments. Very quiet residents.
It has a big couch sofa bed (very comfortable, guests love it), a fully equipped kitchen, glass ceramic, kettle, napa, fridge microwave oven, washing machine.. CATV, wi-fi, .. pretty much everything you need for a comfortable stay. The studio is best for one person since there is only one big couch sofa bed and small square footage.
Rules:
No smoking, no loud music from 10pm to 10am, no pets, no parties.
Obligatory: our cleaning service if a tenant rents for more then a month. Extra fee: 50eur/month (it includes cleaning, changing towels and linen)
