Ideally located apartment in the center of the old town. There are two bedrooms with a big boxspring beds. Fully equipped kitchen, nice bathroom, and two big TVs. Apartment is situated on the second floor of an an old multi purpose building and you can see the Ljubljana Castle and river Ljubljanica through all of the windows in all the rooms, so you are ideally situated. Everything what you need (shops, restaurants, bars and all the atraction points are in walking distance. The street of Novi trg where apartment is located is one of the best photo points of the old town. Apartment is great for families, couples, friends etc. . Me and my family with two kids are living there but we will be away for two months, so we are looking for someone who will use this apartment as a home and treat it with kindness.

Great apartment in the city center. Very close to the University of Medicine (less than 5 minutes by walk) and also the Law faculty. The bus station is 1 minute away so you can be anywhere in Ljubljana in just a few minutes! The apartment will be refurnished into 2 double rooms and 2 single rooms. The living room will not be like in the picture, it will be smaller.

We offer quadruple rooms in the centre of Ljubljana. We are located only a 2 minute walk from the main train and bus station (Flixbus also), 3 min walk from the old town and 5 min walk from Tromostovje bridge and the Prešeren square. All of the rooms are high-ceilinged, with broad windows and unique furniture all in tones of white and gold making the rooms bright and inviting. Newly refurbished bathrooms with showers available as well as a new shared kitchen and a lounge with a TV.

330 € / bed in a quadruple room (landlord undertakes the responsibility of filling up the room)
Before the start of the lease, it is necessary to sign the contract and pay a damage security deposit in the amount of one month's rent, which is returned after the end of rent if all is in order with the room.

The address is Cesta na Brdo 10a, it is still in the city center and very close to major Universities in Ljubljana. Biotechnical University is 3min walk away. This is a house in a quiet, green area. The house has 2 separate floors, the ground floor has 7 single rooms, kitchen and 2 bathrooms which are shared with other students. 1 floor has 8 single rooms, kitchen, bathroom, 2 toilets which you share with other students. The rooms and kitchen are fully furnished. We also have pillows, blankets and sheets available if you need it. Across the street (50m) you have a bakery, supermarket store and bus station.
