The address is Cesta na Brdo 10a, it is still in the city center and very close to major Universities in Ljubljana. Biotechnical University is 3min walk away. This is a house in a quiet, green area. The house has 2 separate floors, the ground floor has 7 single rooms, kitchen and 2 bathrooms which are shared with other students. 1 floor has 8 single rooms, kitchen, bathroom, 2 toilets which you share with other students. The rooms and kitchen are fully furnished. We also have pillows, blankets and sheets available if you need it. Across the street (50m) you have a bakery, supermarket store and bus station.

The house has 2 separate floors, the ground floor has 7 single rooms, kitchen and 2 bathrooms which are shared with other students. 1 floor has 8 single rooms, kitchen, bathroom, 2 toilets which you share with other students. The rooms and kitchen are fully furnished. We also have pillows, blankets and sheets available if you need it. Across the street (50m) you have a bakery, supermarket store and bus station. Monthly rent for a single room is 450€ with all costs included. Also the deposit needs to be paid 450€ for a single room. The deposit is used for the last month's rent or you pay the rent for the last month and the deposit is returned in case of no damage caused.

We are offering the single rooms in a shared apartment. The single rooms are very pretty and different spaces. The apartment is shared with students. The apartment is very bright and brand new - washing machine, dishwasher, shower, two toilets, bathtub, the kitchen and the very space dining and living room. The apartment is in the Centre of Ljubljana, opposite Parliament. Just few minutes away from University of Ljubljana -Faculties by bus or by foot, also very near to the Three bridges, Prešern square etc.

Very spacious and cozy room to rent in a fantastic location in Ljubljana
Large, spacious room in a first floor flat in a typical Ljubljana town house. This room is fully furnished
with a bed (160x200) and bed (90x200), closet, study desk and lots of shelves for all of your books and trinkets. It
has big windows for plenty of natural light and a view of the front garden.
Usually it is for 2 people - 260 per person , if you are interested, let me know. 520 is the price if you are alone in the room.
You will be sharing the flat with three flat mates. There is a fully equipped communal kitchen (oven,
kettle, microwave...) with a balcony for morning coffee, a bathroom and a separate toilet. There is a
reliable wi-fi all over the house and the garden.
The house has a private, green garden where you can barbecue, sunbathe or just simply relax after a busy
day. There is also possibility of parking (behind a gate) and the best thing is the fantastic location. House
is literally 2 minutes (walking distance) away from the green oasis of the city, famous Tivoli park and 5
minutes from city center on one side and city bike and bus stations (for more distant destinations) on the
other. For your weekend trips around Europe you can just hop on a train which is also in immediate
vicinity (Tivoli station).
The price of the rent does not include the utility costs (water, gas, electricity, internet, maintance...) which usually average at
around 70-80€ per person/month during winter season. In case of any emergencies in the flat, the maintenance crew is always
on stand-by. There is also an option of cleaning service.
