In the other two rooms are two working professional men. They are highly educated and work for two Slovenian companies. They are 26 - 28 years old. They are both foreigners, speaking fluent English. They are really nice, the best flatmates you could have. Both rented rooms for the long term. When I accept a new tenant, I make sure they are a good match to them. They are so great, and I do not want to lose them.

Located in the city centre, 3 minutes from Main railway and bus station and 6 minutes from Faculty of Law, the apartment KAYA on quiet Pražakova Street offers 5-8 minutes walking distance to Tripple bridge and most of Ljubljana attractions . In the walking distance of 18 minutes are also Faculties of Arts, Architecture, Natural Sciences, Mechanical Engineering and Pharmacy. Overlooking the park and Castle Hill the apartment is charged with light and positive energy. The apartment has three bedrooms. A double 14m2 bedroom Nr.1 has 2 beds and two writing desks. The 9,5 m2 single bedroom Nr 2. has a queen size bed and the big bright 19m2 bedroom Nr.3 has big couch-sofa and balcony.
There is a kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator and dish washer, dining corner for 4 people, and bathroom with bath tub and washing machine. It is fully equipped with cooking utensils, air condition, free broadband and WiFi internet access. Apartment is in modern building on the 7th floor with elevator access. It is also very suitable for the physically disabled, as it has direct access to the elevator without stairs. The ground floor houses also two restaurants, in the near are bus stations with nearly all bus lines and 2 free city bicycle stations.
The costs include heating, electricity, gas, water and internet. The rent price also includes one set of linen and towels per person.
The apartment is fully furnished to a high standard and includes a kitchen fully equipped with appliances, cutlery, crockery and kitchen utensils.
Security deposit
The guest pays a security deposit of EUR 1250 at the time of arrival for possible damage to the property or to items in or at the property. If damage occurs it will be deducted from the security deposit at the end of the stay.
All lessors get contracts in English and explained major necessary steps for the registration.

i'm offering up four student rooms in a 3 store house in Bezigrad, Ljubljana, in a walking distance from Bezigrad student campus. There're 4 bedrooms, 2 in each floor. Each floor has a separate bathroom, shared by 2 people. In mezzanine there is kitchen, living room and a big garden, which are shared. House is fully furnished with all the dishes in the kitchen, bed linen, towels, washing machine and internet. It's a quiet and super cosy place. We prefer longer stays. The house is only rented to students, who come to Ljubljana for student exchange. Check it out! And PM me for details/with any questions you may have.
