DESCRIPTION
Our apartment Naschmarkt relax is a lovely, bright apartment in of a well-kept apartment building in a calm neighborhood. The apartment consists of an ante room, a large living room, a bedroom, a kitchen, a bathroom and a toilet in a separate room.
The living room is furnished with a dining table and chairs, a TV set and two couches, which can be transformed into additional single beds (90 x 200 cm in size).
In the bedroom, there is a large double bed (180 x 200 cm in size) and a large closet. Thus, you can have up to four people sleeping in the apartment.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an electric stove, an oven, an electric kettle, a coffee maker as well as cook- and dinnerware.
In the bathroom there is a bathtub, a shower, a washing basin and a washing machine. Towels will be provided as well. The toilet is in a separate room.
All seven Naschmarkt apartments are in the same building. We can therefore accommodate larger groups in one building.
LOCATION
The apartment building is centrally located at Franzensgasse, a small alley with lots of houses from the „Biedermeier“ era in the inner district of „Margareten“. Just around the corner you can find Viennas most beautiful market the „Naschmarkt“ where you can find a lot of Vienna's food specialities, cafés, bars and restaurants.
Within 10 to 15 minutes walking distance lies the historic center of Vienna, the 1st district or „Innere Stadt“, where a lot of Viennas famous attractions such as St. Charles Cathedral, the imperial castle, the state opera or the spanish riding school can be found. If that is too far, you can walk just a few minutes to the subway station „Kettenbrückengasse“ (line U4) and the next stop „Karlsplatz“ is already in the center of Vienna.
You can also reach Viennas famous shopping street, the Mariahilfer Straße on foot. It is only about 10 minutes away, as is the Museumsquartier, a courtyard full of Museums, which lies at the beginning of Mariahilfer Straße.
If you have enough of the historic center, how about a visit to Schönbrunn castle? It is only 10 to 15 minutes away if you take the subway line U4. It is well worth a visit.

I am looking for a student who would like to live with me and my three cats. I rent out a total of two rooms (25m² and 18m²) right next to the Hundertwasserhaus to exchange-students and interns for a minimum of three months.
I am a journalist and travel a lot, so it would be great if you could take care of the pets whilst I'm away - see them in the photos!
You will live on the second floor of a typical Viennese turn-of-the-century building from the 1900s including an elevator.
Your room (25 m²) has two windows, a double-bed and a cupboard, a marble table with two Thonet-chairs and a beautiful antique sideboard. One of the cupboards is in use for storage. Total privacy and the cats have no access - except if you don't mind them :-)
We share a spacious kitchen (including a big wooden table plus an American-style fridge), shower and toilet.
The rent of 500€ includes all costs like internet, heating, amenities as well as fresh bed linen and towels. There is no deposit. You can also use or share my bike during the time of your stay.
Guests are welcome anytime upon request. After two overnight stays I charge a fee of 25€ per person and further night.
The apartment (158 m²) is centrally located and right opposite of Radetzkyplatz with its beautiful church, close to the Donaukanal. There is easy access to all public transportation (Tram, Bus, Subway, Train). The subway lines U1, U2, U3, U4 are all close to the neighborhood and the infamous Prater and its Riesenrad are in walking distance.
Your street has four supermarkets, a postal office, small shops and many restaurants.

There are four beds in the bedroom (one double bed and one bunk bed), a pullout couch for two in the living room, and a folding bed for a seventh person. I think the pictures say a thousand words. :)
By public transport, you need only 14 minutes from your apartment door to the very center of the city (Stephansplatz). U6 stop Dresdner Straße and train station Traisengasse are very close.
