The 2018 completed, quiet and bright attic apartment is split over two floors including a rooftop terrace which offers morning and evening sun. It is located very close to the river and has an amazing view over Vienna. The loft-like layout offers a great way of living, with a cosy communal kitchen and a beautiful roof terrace overlooking the rooftops of Vienna. The apartment has been decorated in a modern style and with a full equipped new kitchen, walk-in closet, a storage room with a washing machine and a modern bathroom with separate toilet.
The entire apartment has a controllable floor heating and air conditioning with wifi control. The entrance door is equipped with an electronic door lock which allows a door opening and locking by smartphone. A central WLAN router guaranteed a super-fast internet connection.

The 14 m2 single room with a view at the Vienna skyline (DC Tower) is fully furnished and air conditioned. The lockable private room is furnished with a desk + swivel armchair and a Queen Size bed (160/200) with a comfortable pocket spring mattress and a storage space.
