Cute and cosy 5th-floor private room in a two room apartment right next to Exarchia, one of the most prominent urban neighbourhoods in the heart of Athens. Being close to public transport stations (metro, bus, railway), yet in walking-distance from a variety of historic landmarks and must-see places in the city, it offers an ideal accommodation for individual travelers (If you wish to host a second guest consult with us first). Bringing guests to spend the night is strictly forbidden, however, the room has the possibility to accomodate a second person, if you wish to invite someone you have to first communicate with us and agree to an additional cost.
The apartment is pretty close to other apartments of ours, so, if you have friends or guests coming over, let them know there’s place for everyone!

Bus stops 3 minutes away from the apartment are also at hand to ease your transportation around the city.

The terrace of the apartment building where I live (3 minute walk from the apartment) is open from 09:00 am until 11:00 pm, to enjoy your coffee in the morning or your evening drink, available only for the residents of our apartments. This roof garden has an amazing view of the urban Athenian landscape which goes great with the breath-taking Acropolis and Lycabettus Hill peaks.
Access to the apartment: You have access to the kitchen, the bathroom and the small dining area. The other room accommodates other guests, so please keep your personal belongings in your room and keep the communal areas (bathroom, kitchen and small dining area) clean. Also respect the quiet hours.
Communication with guests: We are more than happy to stay in touch with our guests and ease their stay in any way possible. As we live right next to the apartment building, we are always eager to help regarding any issue that might occur during their stay in the apartment.

The apartment can accommodate up to four guests, has a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen a comfortable double bed and a sofa bed for guests.

Climate Resilience Tax
Greece has introduced a new tax for all tourists staying in Greece called the ‘Climate Resilience Tax’ and consequently, visitors will pay a “climate crisis resilience fee” for bookings under 59 days are considered short term leasings. Between October to April the tax is 2e per night, from April to November is 8 e per night. The fee will be collected by the owner during your stay.
Following the natural disasters Greece faced last year, from forest fires to floods, this tax has been introduced to fund the reconstruction and build for the future. These taxes are required to be paid directly at the accommodation and to be invoiced separately to the accommodation.
