Being close to public transport stations (bus), yet in walking-distance from a variety of historic landmarks and must-see places in the city, it offers an ideal accommodation for individual travelers and loving couples as well.
Where all great stories begin
Recently renovated ground-floor 35sqm apartment in the most boheme neighbourhood of Athens, Neapolis, Exarchia. The apartment also offers a small blooming private backyard which you can access all day long for quality relaxation. Offering one double and one single bed, it’s ideal for individual travelers or loving couples. If you wish to invite a second guest please contact us first. Bringing guests to spend the night is strictly forbidden, however, the apartment has the possibility to accomodate a second person, if you wish to invite someone you have to first communicate with us and agree to an additional cost.
The apartment is pretty close to two other apartments of ours, so, if you have friends or guests coming over (up to 7 people in total), let them know there’s place for everyone!
The house provides anything you might need during your stay, while a variety of super markets and local shopping spots can satisfy your every need all around the clock. A 25-minutes walk will take you to the historic center of Athens (Syntagma, Plaka, Acropolis, Monastiraki), while metro stations (Victoria, Panepistimio, Omonia, Ampelokipi) are only 20 minutes away from the apartment. Bus stops in two-blocks distance are also at hand to ease your transportation around the city.
The Neighbourhood: A truly boheme neighbourhood in the heart of Athens
Historic urban neighbourhood, one of the last authentic and unspoiled in Europe. This roof garden has an amazing view of the urban Athenian landscape which goes great with the breath-taking Acropolis and Lycabettus Hill peaks.
