The house in the Neue Grünstr. was completely renovated in 2010 and converted into a representative new building, which not only fits into today's time but also into the historical surroundings.
The house is located extremely centrally in Berlin Mitte, only a few meters away from the underground station Spittelmarkt and the Spreekanal. Within a few minutes walking distance you can reach the Museum Island, Unter den Linden, Gendarmenmarkt, Friedrichstraße with Check Point Charly or Alexanderplatz. The apartment is very bright. Floor-to-ceiling double doors give the opportunity to sit in the sun in the living room. Despite the city location, the house is relatively quiet in a little frequented side street.

Das Haus liegt extrem zentral in Berlins Mitte, nur einige wenige Meter entfernt vom U-Bahnhof Spittelmarkt und dem Spreekanal. In wenigen Gehminuten erreicht man die Museumsinsel, Unter den Linden, den Gendarmenmarkt, die Friedrichstraße mit Check Point Charly oder den Alexanderplatz. Die Wohnung ist schön hell. The apartment is located on a tranquil residential street in the central neighbourhood of Wedding. There are some friendly restaurants and cafés close by so you can stop for breakfast on your way to work and a drink on the way home. For the weekends you are only a quick train ride from the vibrant nightclubs in Friedrichshain or a short walk from the peaceful Volkspark Rehberge.
U-Bahnof Amrumer Straße is a 10-minute walk away. It is served by the U9 and several buses stop there as well.
There is a bus stop right down the street from you where you can jump on the 142.
You can also take a slightly longer walk, just over 10 minutes, to find the well-served railway station in Wedding. It is on the S41, S42 and U6 lines.
