This is a fully furnished room in a shared flat that is located on the 3rd floor. The room has a comfortable bed, a desk with chair and a wardrobe for your clothes. Also the common areas are fully equipped with washing machine, cooking equipment and all you need for your daily living.

The monthly rent price is all inclusive (rent + heating + water + Internet + GEZ/german TV license fee).
Only the 1st or 16th of each month are possible as move-in days. In specific cases we have a flexible move-in date, but this has to be discussed in our messages.

Our rooms come fully furnished with everything you need such as a custom-made wardrobe and bed frame including a comfy premium mattress. The kitchen is fully stocked for any wannabe-chef to get creative in – you’ll have all the pots, pans and knives, as well as a fridge to keep things cool. The dining area is a great space to hang and invite your roomies over for dinner. All apartments entail one or two spacious bathrooms that you’ll be sharing with your room mates. To keep things clean and tidy, you can use the washing machine that’s placed in every apartment.
