The apartment is located just outside the historical city centre close to the Fortezza di Basso park within easy 10 minutes walking distance to the historical city centre and serviced by a frequent high-speed tram service.

As you can see from the photos, the bedroom is very spacious (18 m2) luminous with big windows and a high ceiling and nicely furnished to compliment the beautiful Florentine flooring. The bedroom is equipped with a single bed (90cm x 200cm), spacious double wardrobe, a side-drawer, a tall dress mirror, a study desk, a chair, a reading desk light, book shelves and an electrical fan. The door is lockable with a key.

The apartment is composed of four spacious bedrooms, a spacious bathroom and a fully-equipped comfortable kitchen with a flat-screen SMART TV.
