Located downtown, you are at walking distance to all shops and services. You can enjoy all of Helsinki cafés, restaurants, museums, the shore and marina and parks just next door. At walking distance you have the European International School, The Detsche Schule, and the Jewish Kindergarten, aswell as the Europan Chemicals Agency just across the market square and Helsinki University close by.

Marine landscape next to the Helsinki West Harbour, from where you can take a daytrip e.g. to Estonia. Multiple departures every day.
