The apartment has 66 m2 and features a large living room, open kitchen and a huge bedroom, bathroom and toilet. Top floor (4th) in the inner court year, very peaceful and silent. Ceiling height 300 cm. Apartment is in excellent condition and fully renovated. The housing company has just completed extensive upgrading of bathrooms and pipe repairs.
