Cosy flat with 2 rooms in Lehel - central location and nice neighborhood. The famous English Garden is right across the street, the Isar river is a 5 minute walk away.
The flat has been partly renovated. It is completely furnished and is located between the ground floor and the first floor to the backyard.
It consists of 2 rooms: The first room has a large bed (1,8m), a cupboard and a 65 inch flatscreen TV with Playstation 4. The second room has a fully equipped kitchen with Siemens household appliances (small dishwasher, fridge, oven), coffee maker, cuttlery, etc, a sofa and a table for up to 3 persons.
The big bathroom has a bathtube, a window and a washing machine from Siemens.
Wifi is included and free of charge.
Central location with English garden on the other side of the street. There are supermarkets, restaurants, bakeries and bars nearby.
