The monthly rent for this apartment is 1,050 EUR, which includes utilities (internet, electricity, heating, and water). For the first month, a security deposit of 1,990 EUR is required, which is fully refundable at check-out, provided the apartment shows no significant damage or other issues that could affect the stay of future tenants.
Both the security deposit and the rent payment must be made through the platform when booking the apartment. The apartment will be fully reserved only after both payments, RENT and DEPOSIT, are confirmed!

You have two beautiful rooms at your disposal.
The floor can easily be accessed via an elevator. The balcony deserves special mention, as from the fifth floor, you have a wonderful view. You can watch the main street from the balcony, and from the bedroom, you have a view of the communal courtyard.
In the living room, there is a 65-inch Samsung Smart TV, directly connected via LAN. The TV is mounted on a swivel bracket.
The apartment also comes with a Bose soundbar, Alexa-enabled, with Apple AirPlay 2 and Bluetooth for wireless connections.
The already installed kitchen saves you time and effort when moving in, allowing you to start cooking almost immediately. (You only need to pack your suitcase and start living right away.)
All appliances in the apartment are from renowned manufacturers.
The 65-inch Samsung TV and Bose soundbar are perfect for unwinding. You can connect the soundbar to your mobile phone to play your favorite music, whether to relax or create a pleasant atmosphere while cooking—everything is possible.
The oven and stove are by Beko, the dishwasher by Beko, the washing machine by Bauknecht, and the refrigerator by Samsung.
The filter coffee machine, toaster, and kettle are from Tefal. Pots, pans, knives, and cutlery are from BSF.
Public transport is just a few minutes’ walk away, as well as various cafes, shops, and restaurants. The area is very quiet and comfortable, and the neighbors are wonderful people. The apartment is located on the third floor with an elevator.
