It's very sunny, facing southwest, and has a beautiful view on backgardens. The townhouse provides a very calm and secure atmosphere as we know all of our tenants and chose only like-minded occupants.
Located a 3-minute walk from the gardens of the Abbey of La Cambre and the Ixelles Ponds, and an 8-minute walk from Place Flagey. The Géo Bernier bus stop is right in front. There is a laundromat just around the corner.
