The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove (gas), fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, blender, dishwasher and more. The apartment has both heating and air conditioning and is well isolated with double glazing. High speed internet, cable TV, TV stereo and home cinema system and laundry facilities are all available in the apartment.
The apartment is located in Ixelles. Ixelles is a neighborhood with character and style, wildly popular in the expatriate community. The apartment is at walking distance of the European Parliament and Shuman square. It is closely located to train and bus stops that bring you to the city center in 20 minutes.
Long stay gives discount. The listed price is for short contracts.

Our warm and comfortable homes are a subtle mix between modern and vintage, always in respect of the original style of the property. The house has 12 rooms a great kitchen, a Terrace.
Our tenants come from a wide variety of backgrounds, they are all driven by a spirit of discovery, an open mind and, young workers who share à lifestyle similar to yours. It is a real-life experience in which you will take part. They are on average 30 years old and have profils such as engineers, consultants, VIE, entrepreneurs.
