This is a 80 sq/meter,charming, one bedroom ground floor apartment in a very nice neighborhood, with a modern & eclectic style. The apartment is amazingly designed, fully furnished with everything you need, beautiful open space that opens on a green patio. Being on the ground floor, facing north, you have no sunlight, except a bit in the morning. If a lot of natural light is a must for you, it won't suit you.
There is one double bedroom, one bathroom, a living room, dining room, kitchen and office area with a desk. The only rooms that have doors are the bedroom and the bathroom.
