The rooms are equipped with a double bed ensuring a great night of sleep, a large closet providing plenty of room for your clothes, a desk perfect for studying or reading in peace, and you can totally make it feel like your personal spot to relax.
The very nice and above all quiet location on the Kreuzberger side of the Gleisdreieck-Park characterizes the quality of this object. Nearby are the Yorckstrae, the Mehringdamm and the Technikmuseum. The surrounding is characterized by Kiez-shops (Bergmannstrae etc.), cafes, pubs and restaurants. The connection to the public transport network is optimal. The subway station Mehringdamm and Gleisdreieck are nearby.

Das Design der einzelnen Zimmer sind jeweils ähnlich.
Das angebotene Zimmer Nr. 7 verfügt über ein bequemes, platzsparendes Klappbett und einen geräumigen Kleiderschrank, in dem sich ein Tagestresor befindet.
Die Wohnung hat zwei Bäder mit Duschen sowie eine geräumige Küche.
Eine wöchentliche Reinigung der Allgemeinbereiche ist inklusive.
Die Mindestmietdauer beträgt 6 Monate.
Der monatliche Mietpreis ist all-inclusive (Miete + Heizung + Wasser + Internet + GEZ-Gebühr).
Die Kaution beträgt drei Monatsmieten.
Als Einzugstermin haben wir nur den 1. oder 15. eines jeden Monats, an dem ein Mieter einziehen kann.
In besonderen Fällen ist ein flexibles Einzugsdatum möglich, dies muss jedoch in unseren Mitteilungen besprochen werden.
Der Check-in kann nur Montag bis Freitag von 08:00 bis 15:00 Uhr erfolgen.

BUILDING
Located at the heart of Friedrichshain, this is your ideal home to explore all the hidden gems the city has to offer. The building has a big community room with a football table, co-working area and lots of space to hang out in. The backyard entails bike stands and lots of green to enjoy.
