We are a vibrant and cosmopolitan community located in 'Mitte,' one of Berlin's most central and trendiest neighborhoods. This area is renowned for its historical, cultural, and commercial significance, making it a focal point for both locals and tourists. Friedrichstraße is home to a variety of cultural attractions, museums, theaters, and galleries. Along the street, you'll also find a mix of high-end boutiques, department stores, and international brands.
Moreover, our location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to public transportation. You'll find several U-Bahn (subway lines U6, U5, and U2), bus routes, and S-Bahn (suburban train lines S1, S2, S25, S26, S3, S5, S7, and S9) stations in close proximity.

*The landlord only accepts tenants between 18 and 40 years old.
Please be aware once the booking is done on HousingAnywhere we will provide you with the contract. In order for you to get your keys, the deposit must be transferred to our bank account.
Check-in /out:
- Check-in hours: Monday - Friday from 10:00 - 16:00 (A check in outside our working hours is possible upon availability of some of our community managers and with an additional charge of 60,00€.)
- The key transfer will take place at Village M (you will receive the address once your booking is confirmed)

Our rooms come fully furnished with everything you need such as a custom-made wardrobe and bed frame including a comfy premium mattress. Depending on size youll also have a nightstand and desk in there. If you want to work on that tan, you can get one of the rooms with a private or shared balcony or terrace.
APARTMENT
The kitchen is fully stocked for any wannabe-chef to get creative in youll have all the pots, pans and knives, as well as a fridge to keep things cool. The dining area is a great space to hang and invite your roomies over for dinner. All apartments entail one or two spacious bathrooms that youll be sharing with your room mates. To keep things clean and tidy, you can use the washing machine thats placed in every apartment.
BUILDING
Located right around the corner from Berlins main train station this is your ideal home to explore all the hidden gems the city has to offer. If you want to stay in you can meet new friends watching documentaries at our cinema room or work a little while overlooking the city in our community spaces.

An entirely new part of Berlin, Europacity is an urban destination with comfortable environments, several amenities, and relaxing green and open spaces. Located in the northern part of Berlin, in the district of Mitte, Europacity is closely located to the Central Station, making it easy and convenient to reach other parts of the city such as Alexanderplatz, Brandenburger Gate and Friedrichshain in less than 20 minutes. With an area of approximately 61 hectare, Europacity offers all the amenities youd expect from the city center, in addition to relaxing green and open spaces.
