Our flats fulfil all your daily living requirements. Every flat comes readily equipped with a kitchen, including refrigerator, cooking equipment and dishes. Flats also include a washing machine and Wi-Fi Internet. Each room is fully furnished and offers a comfortable bed with fresh linen and a workspace. The area provides you with several shopping opportunities and excellent connections to public transport.
ROOM
Our rooms come fully furnished with everything you need for a comfortable daily life. In the bedroom area, you will find a bed with a nightstand and lamp, as well as a large wardrobe. A premium mattress with a set of bedsheets, pillows, and duvets is also always included. To comfortably work or study from home, there is a table with a lamp and chair. You wont need anything additional to settle in, and can arrive just your luggage at hand.
APARTMENT
You will be the first to move into our newly constructed and renovated apartments with complete noise isolation and floor heating. Each flat has a fully equipped modern kitchen with everything from pans to a coffee machine, dishwasher, and oven. To catch those sun rays, ground-floor apartments have terrace access facing the courtyard, while flats on other floors include balconies. All apartments have spacious bathrooms that you will be sharing with your flatmates.
PROPERTY
Our two newly built buildings surrounded by a green courtyard create a safe secluded space for you to find peace in the midst of Berlins city life. The property is purposefully built to be an ideal location for you to enjoy the co-living lifestyle, and be part of the (hidden) community. There are two community spaces - one in each of the buildings. Both of them feature fully equipped kitchens with cooking islands and lounge areas with sofas, armchairs, coffee tables, and a TV. You can spend time cooking meals together with your flatmates here or relax watching a new show. Located in the northern part of Berlin, in the district of Mitte, Europacity is closely located to the Central Station, making it easy and convenient to reach other parts of the city such as Alexanderplatz, Brandenburger Gate and Friedrichshain in less than 20 minutes. We are located in ‘Wedding’, which has become one of the trendiest areas in Berlin, throughout recent years. With countless bars, restaurants and shops right around the corner, this district has everything you may need within walking distance. Furthermore, due to its central location, all other exciting parts of Berlin can easily be reached by public transportation, with U6 and U9 lines arriving at the Leopoldplatz (2-mintue walk) on a regular basis.

The kitchen is equipped with what you need to cook and has enough space for you to easily share with your housemates. There is also a small dining table where you can have dinner together and all rooms have enough space for you to relax on your own.
The apartment is located on a tranquil residential street in the central neighbourhood of Wedding. There are some friendly restaurants and cafés close by so you can stop for breakfast on your way to work and a drink on the way home. For the weekends you are only a quick train ride from the vibrant nightclubs in Friedrichshain or a short walk from the peaceful Volkspark Rehberge.
U-Bahnof Amrumer Straße is a 10-minute walk away. It is served by the U9 and several buses stop there as well.
There is a bus stop right down the street from you where you can jump on the 142.
You can also take a slightly longer walk, just over 10 minutes, to find the well-served railway station in Wedding. It is on the S41, S42 and U6 lines.

Hi Guys,
We are offering a fully furnished room in a shared flat. The room has a comfortable bed, a desk with chair and a wardrobe for your clothes. Also the common areas are fully equipped with washing machine, cooking equipment and all you need for your daily living.
Anmeldung/ Registration is possible.
The monthly rent price is all inclusive (rent + heating + water + Internet + GEZ/german TV license fee).
For the move in dates we have only the 1st or the 16th of each month a tenant can move in. In specific cases we have a flexible move in date, but this needs to discuss in our messages :)
Please note that there is an additional service fee of 100,00€ plus the deposit of 950€, which needs to be paid before move in.
