This charming, newly renovated apartment is sited towards the lush courtyard of a lovely renovated traditional building. It is located on the ground floor and has a comfortable terrace. The studio apartment is lovely decorated, has a queen size bed, flatscreen TV, a built in cabinet and has an open plan kitchen with a bar plus an additional breakfast table. The large marble bathroom has a tub, washing machine and dryer. Naturally WIFI internet is provided too. There is an elegant entrance to the building and a basement for luggage storage.
The apartment is located in the south of Mitte, near Maerkisches Ufer and the historical port Also you can find a variety of different little restaurants taking place on boats where you can enjoy the breeze and views. It is surrounded by lush parks and embassy gardens and represents an ideal place for walks or jogging and a swimming pool is also close by.
