My apartment is bright and spacious with just the right amount of things to feel comfortable and enjoy yourself. It is a large studio with a double bad 160x200, 2 x Living room armchairs, a dining table and two chairs and a kitchen with everything you would need. The bathroom has a shower, so you can relax after a day of exploring the city.

The apartment is located in the most beautiful and trendy district of the city. Discover the city's coolest bars, restaurants and cafes. It could not be better!
The living area boasts with an open kitchen and a bar that invites to a late-night drink. The friendly dining area invites you to a joint dinner with friends or family.
The kitchen is equipped with an induction cooker and a fridge-freezer.
After work, you can relax on the beautiful couch and enjoy a movie on the large flat screen.
Opposite the living area are the spacious bedroom. This ensures a good night's sleep as the rooms face the backyard. The bed ends are equipped with a high quality mattress. On this all will sleep deeply and well. The bedroom is equipped with a spacious wardrobe, which is perfect for couples. There will be a lounge with comfortable sofas and armchairs at the ground floor of the building. The design might be a bit different, but the floor plan is similar. There is a construction outside the building until beginning of 2023.
Traffic technically you are perfectly connected. The M10 is only a few meters away from the apartment and also the train stations Bernauer Straße and Berlin Nordbahnhof are within walking distance. You can also do your shopping with just a ten-minute walk. Everything you could wish for you can be found in this area! The Mauerpark is a popular place to spend the evening in summer. A popular running track is this even in winter. We have the same apartment located on the first, and second floor. The layout is exactly the same, and the design might be different in each apartment.

Das lichtdurchflutete Wohnzimmer ist mit einer bequemen Couch und einem Lounge-Sessel, einem Schreibtisch/Arbeitsplatz, einen Sideboard und einem Flachbildschirm-TV ausgestattet. An den Wohnbereich grenzt die offene Küche mit Essthresen sowie Herd/Backofen, Kühl/Gefrierschrank, Waschmaschine mit Trockner, Nespresso Maschine und alle Kochutensilien. Staubsauger, Bügeleisen, Putzgeräte, alles da. Das Schlafzimmer ist mit einem 160 x 200 cm Bett möbliert, es gibt genügend Kleider-Schränke und eine Kommode für Kleidung, der Blick geht in den begrünten ruhigen Innenhof. Im Bad finden Sie ein großes Waschbecken mit breiten Spiegel und eine Badewanne mit Glasduschwand zum Duschen. Handtücher und Bettwäsche sind vorhanden. ROOM
Our rooms come fully furnished with everything you need for a comfortable daily life. In the bedroom area, you will find a bed with a nightstand and lamp, as well as a large wardrobe. A premium mattress with a set of bedsheets, pillows, and duvets is also always included. To comfortably work or study from home, there is a table with a lamp and chair. You won't need anything additional to settle in, and can arrive just your luggage at hand.
APARTMENT
You will be the first to move into our newly constructed and renovated apartments with complete noise isolation and floor heating. Each flat has a fully equipped modern kitchen with everything from pans to a coffee machine, dishwasher, and oven. To catch those sun rays, ground-floor apartments have terrace access facing the courtyard, while flats on other floors include balconies. All apartments have spacious bathrooms that you will be sharing with your flatmates.
BUILDING
Our two newly built buildings surrounded by a green courtyard create a safe secluded space for you to find peace in the midst of Berlin's city life.
The property is purposefully built to be an ideal location for you to enjoy the co-living lifestyle, and be part of the (hidden) community. There are two community spaces - one in each of the buildings. Both of them feature fully equipped kitchens with cooking islands and lounge areas with sofas, armchairs, coffee tables, and a TV. You can spend time cooking meals together with your flatmates here or relax watching a new show.
In alignment with our sustainability efforts, both buildings are illuminated with energy-efficient LED lights.
