Additionally, not only all of the rooms are already equipped with the essentials like electricity, water and internet, but we also offer numerous other facilities that are included in the price. Whether you would like to do sports in our fitness rooms, study in the coworking areas or socialise during organised workshops and events; We have it all!
We are located in ‘Wedding’, which has become one of the trendiest areas in Berlin, throughout recent years. With countless bars, restaurants and shops right around the corner, this district has everything you may need within walking distance. Furthermore, due to its central location, all other exciting parts of Berlin can easily be reached by public transportation, with U6 and U9 lines arriving at the Leopoldplatz (2-mintue walk) on a regular basis.

Being able to move into a new place the next day does not happen very often, yet we make it possible! Therefore, we have not only taken care of all the necessary amenities, but these are also included in the price and do not involve any additional charges.

This apartment was completely renovated in 2019. The renovation resulted in a beautiful apartment. The choice was made to create a living room with a view. In this bright living room with an open kitchen, there is enough space for a seating area and a dining table to dine with friends and/or family. The open kitchen is equipped with various built-in appliances. The living room is very bright due to the large windows at the front and back. In the middle of the apartment are the bathroom, toilet, and storage/laundry room. The bathroom is generously sized and equipped with a walk-in shower, bathtub, and sink with vanity unit. The spacious storage room is now used as a laundry room, as it houses the washing machine and dryer. The apartment features a king-size double bed, and it also has underfloor heating. The apartment has an energy label A and there is an additional external storage space in (hidden)ment of approximately 12 m2. It is located on the 3rd floor with an elevator.
ROOM
Our rooms come fully furnished with everything you need for a comfortable daily life. In the bedroom area, you will find a bed with a nightstand and lamp, as well as a large wardrobe. A premium mattress with a set of bedsheets, pillows, and duvets is also always included. To comfortably work or study from home, there is a table with a lamp and chair. You won't need anything additional to settle in, and can arrive just your luggage at hand.
APARTMENT
You will be the first to move into our newly constructed and renovated apartments with complete noise isolation and floor heating. Each flat has a fully equipped modern kitchen with everything from pans to a coffee machine, dishwasher, and oven. To catch those sun rays, ground-floor apartments have terrace access facing the courtyard, while flats on other floors include balconies. All apartments have spacious bathrooms that you will be sharing with your flatmates.
BUILDING
Our two newly built buildings surrounded by a green courtyard create a safe secluded space for you to find peace in the midst of Berlin's city life.
The property is purposefully built to be an ideal location for you to enjoy the co-living lifestyle, and be part of the (hidden) community. There are two community spaces - one in each of the buildings. Both of them feature fully equipped kitchens with cooking islands and lounge areas with sofas, armchairs, coffee tables, and a TV. You can spend time cooking meals together with your flatmates here or relax watching a new show.
In alignment with our sustainability efforts, both buildings are illuminated with energy-efficient LED lights.
NEIGHBOURHOOD
An entirely new part of Berlin, Europacity is an urban destination with comfortable environments, several amenities, and relaxing green and open spaces. Located in the northern part of Berlin, in the district of Mitte, Europacity is closely located to the Central Station, making it easy and convenient to reach other parts of the city such as Alexanderplatz, Brandenburger Gate and Friedrichshain in less than 20 minutes. With an area of approximately 61 hectare, Europacity offers all the amenities you’d expect from the city center, in addition to relaxing green and open spaces.

In a beautiful building from 1997, you will find this apartment with a kitchen, bright living room, spacious bedroom, and a bathroom with a whirlpool bath for two people. Almost the entire apartment features oak flooring, and on the top floor of the building, there is a spacious private storage room. While you enjoy a warm bath, you can look out over beautiful Berlin!
As soon as you enter the hallway, you are convinced that this is a nice place to live. This apartment has a good layout. To the right of the hallway are the storage/laundry room, the toilet with a sink, and the bathroom. What immediately catches your eye is the whirlpool bath for two people with a great view. The bathroom also features a walk-in shower and a sink.
Next to the bathroom is the spacious double bedroom, large enough for a double bed and a large wardrobe. A wall with double doors and many windows connects the bedroom to the very spacious and bright living room, with the same oak flooring that creates a pleasant atmosphere. The living room has plenty of space for a large seating area, TV unit, and dining table.
The living room is open to the kitchen, which has a corner layout. This kitchen offers plenty of storage space, and the gas hob, extractor, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator are built-in. The large windows on the south side allow a lot of light to enter.
