We are looking for new tenants who want to stay minimum 6 months or 12 months.
In this house we have 11 private furnished rooms where 4 of them have private bathrooms and the other rooms have shared bathrooms .There is a big common living room with balcony and a large fully equiped kitchen with a second back kitchen . All kitchenware is available ( forks and spoons, pot and pans) and every kitchen has a dish washer , oven , fridge and freezer , cooking plates and sinks. There are several separate toilets and a laundry room in (hidden)ment with dryer and washing machine.
You can also use the outside common space at the backside of the house .
All room are clean and pleasant, furnished in a practical way and comprise: single or double bed, mattress, small cupboard, worktable, office chair, comfortable chair , wardrobe , hangings, ceiling luminary, standard lamp, desk lamp , curtains
We provide also and a pillow and a duvet at your arrival .
The checking in and out is done by an independent expertise office Ageci and these costs are at your charges . ( the price for this is calculated by the expertise office around )
There is also a overnight guest fee of 35 euro a night and an assurance fee of 65 euro to be covered during your whole stay ( 65 euro to be paid only one time for a whole year )
