The room is clean and pleasant, furnished effectively and comprises: single bed, mattress, small cupboard, worktable, office chair, comfortable chair, wardrobe, hangings, ceiling luminary, standard lamp, desk lamp, curtains (type Ikea, ...).
The kitchen is provided from forks and spoons, pot and pans and at your arrival, you will receive a clean pillow and a duvet. Wireless internet is included in the rent. A regular cleaning of the common parts of the flat is also included in the charges .
The room is cleaned before arrival and this most be kept clean by the tenant himself during their stay.
You can use the washing machine and dryer in the house which is situated in the laundry
We are looking for new tenants who wants to stay minimum 12 months or longer.
