The one-room apartment is in the 3rd floor (no elevator), with bathroom/kitchen/extra storage room, it is completely new renovated and has a new stylish interior. There is a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine, cooking and eating utensils and a washing machine.
It is an old building flat, so-called "Gründerzeithaus" which means there are high walls, hinged doors and parquet flooring.

Situated in the quieter region of the Landstraße neighborhood, Vienna’s 3rd district, this beautiful serviced apartment is a great choice for those who wish to live in a more residential area, without sacrificing city center conveniences.
Accommodating up to 2 guests, in this 70m2 flat you will have plenty of storage space to easily settle in and keep your home uncluttered and your belongings organized. As you arrive utilize the stylish vintage closet, located in the entryway hall to store coats, bags, gloves, scarves, and other personal possessions.
Even though the living room and bedroom are separately accessible, they may be joined by a wide double door - when you wish to expand your space open both environments and connect them into one. Apart from sleeping in a fine-lined double bed, to get much-needed restorative sleep, you will also have the chance to lay in a very special antique stretch chair. Sommergasse is a dream location for students or exchange students of the BOKO, FH Wien, Medical University of Vienna due to its convenient public transport connections and short distance.
PUBLIC TRANSPORT:
Exellent infrastructure due 2 mintures working distance to the U6-Nussdorferstraße or U6/U4 Spittelau and all main tram lines.
GROCERY STORES:
The Supermarket Spar is 1 minute away and the discounter Hofer 5 minutes.
GYM:
There are two Gyms 2 blocks away which are called "Sportunion Döbling" and "Fit Fabrik Plus Döbling " that will save you time and keep you in a good shape during your stay.
CLEAINING:
Every week my cleaning lady Jasna is going to clean the kitchen, bathrooms, toilets, and corridors to make sure that the flat is in a clean and sober condition.
WASHING:
