RENTAL CONDITIONS:

- The security deposit must be paid during the check-in and it will be returned if the accommodation is left in the same condition as received. The security deposit can't be part of the last month's rent.
- The rent must be paid until the last day of the previous month.
- Every tenant is responsible for keeping the accommodation clean and in good conditions.

THE ROOM: It's a private bedroom with double bed in an apartment on the 1st floor without elevator. There's Electric Heating and private bathroom inside the bedroom and equipped shared kitchen. Because someone needs to pay the bills, there is also a desk, work chairs and 5G wifi. Make sure you know you'll share some areas and you will have come with enought tolerance and willingness to have new experiences as well as to follow the hostel rules.
