**The house itself and most of the furniture are almost New! :
In fact, the New Dishwasher, Air Conditioner, and TV and also new WiFi Router and Electric Gas for cooking have been replaced here and a new and better one has been installed. But not in the photos. And the house has a nice view Balcony.
