Located in a quiet and safe road, the apartment offers a small balcony with a view of a small walkside. Offering a double bed, it’s ideal for individual travelers and loving couples eager to explore Athens city’s life and cultural heritage. Bringing guests to spend the night is strictly forbidden, however, the room has the possibility to accomodate a second person, if you wish to invite someone you have to first communicate with us and agree to an additional cost.
The house provides anything you might need during your stay, while a variety of super markets and local shopping spots can satisfy your every need all around the clock. A 15-minute walk will take you to the nearest metro station (Victoria), while trolleybuses available in 3-minutes walking distance will take you to the historic center of Athens (Syntagma, Plaka, Acropolis, Monastiraki) in only 5 minutes.

The terrace of the apartment building where I live (20 minute walk from the apartment) is open from 09:00 am until 11:00 pm, to enjoy your coffee in the morning or your evening drink, available only for the residents of our apartments. This roof garden has an amazing view of the urban Athenian landscape which goes great with the breath-taking Acropolis and Lycabettus Hill peaks.

The Residence consist of two floors and twenty-four (24) independent bedrooms (single and double). There are common bathrooms, living room and full equiped kitchen. There are also common washing machines and dryers for the clothes.The rooms from one (1) to twelve (12) are on the first floor and from thirteen (13) to twenty-four (24) are on the second floor.
All the rooms have A/C, wardrobe and desk.
Linens, quilts and towels are provided upon agreement.

On the first floor there are (twelve) 12 single rooms 20-30 sq.m with double beds. Some of them have big windows and some have balconies. There is a big living room 100sq.m, one big and one smaller full equiped kitchen. There are six (6) bathrooms (separated spaces for toilets and showers).

On the second floor there are (twelve) 12 bedrooms 20-30 sq.m. Five (5) double rooms and seven (7) single rooms. Some of them have big windows and some have balconies. There is a small living room and a kitchen and five (5) full bathrooms. A clarification for the double rooms, are rooms with two double beds there is no any wall or door to separate the two spaces.
