A comfortable and sunny 49 sq.m. apartment in the centre of Athens, in close proximity to most Universities – a leisurely 16 minute walk to the Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB) - and the city centre, to public transport links, 20 minutes walking distance to metro green line 3 and 3 minutes walking distance to the pedestrian Fokionos Negri.
The apartment has two independent fully-furnished bedrooms with wooden flooring, desk & lamp, office chair, bed (double bed to sofa-double bed depending on the bedroom), towels and bedding, cupboard and bookcase. There is gas central heating while there is an air-conditioning unit for the whole apartment.
There is also a common area / living room, a separate large fully equipped kitchen and bathroom (which also contains a washing machine). There and also a balcony with awnings that serves both rooms. Safety main door , balcony doors with double glass.
Fast and consistent Wireless Wi-Fi (with unlimited data plan) as well as all utility bills (electricity, water, central heating, air-conditioning) are not included in the price of the rooms. Costs 200€ monthly paid additional to the rent.

A very spacious, airy and sunny family-sized apartment with original wooden floors, newly renovated in December prior to the new Erasmus term. The apartment offers ample communal space with a separate kitchen, living room and very big shared balcony.
Here’s a brief description of the apartment:
- There are four bedrooms available for rent to Erasmus students
- Spare (guest) bedroom available on request for family, friends etc. to stay over. Note that this room is not available for rent.
- Separate kitchen, fully equipped (including coffee machine, microwave, kettle)
- Separate huge living room/dining area. There is also a TV and DVD player
- Two bathrooms (one with shower & WC, one with bathtub &WC). There is also a washing machine
- Huge sunny balcony (50 sqm) spanning the front of the building, with views to the Acropolis. It is equipped with table and chairs and we have installed brand new extendable sunshades so you can sit there even during the heat of the summer. You can even see the acropolis from the balcony especially when it is lit up at night.

Located in the central neighbourhood of Attiki, an old neighbourhood of Athens with a distinct multicultural appeal. This an area that is increasingly attracting students and artists, thanks to its central location and reasonable rents. It is a diverse area with many ethnic restaurants and stores. The apartment makes an excellent base for exploring Athens, by foot or using the excellent underground and bus connections to all areas of interest in Athens. Very close to the local high street offering access to all amenities, plus local cafes, bars and tavernas. Only a couple of stops away from the lively areas of Monastiraki, Plakaand Thissio with their Sunday flea markets, buzzing cafes and bars, trendy eateries and boutiques. The AUEB, the NTUA universities and the historic Exarcheia neighbourhood are only a few minutes walk away.
