Located at the head of the KNSM island, with a bus practically on the doorstep, and a tram and second bus line a 10-minute walk away. You can cycle to the center of Amsterdam in 15 minutes, and by car you can easily drive onto the A10 ring road.
Many shops (Albert Heijn, Jumbo, HEMA, etc.) and restaurants (Goudfazant, Hangar) nearby.
The apartment is located on the fifth floor and is accessible by stairs or elevator. The modern kitchen with all appliances is adjacent to the large living room. From here you go to the spacious terrace.
On the inner ring of the building, the house has two bedrooms, the largest of which can be reached via sliding doors from the living room. This bedroom has a fixed cupboard wall. The second bedroom has a raised built-in bed.
The bathroom has a rain shower, double sink, washing machine and dryer. Separate toilet.
