Exterior 14 sq.m. room with double bed and access to a shared terrace overlooking the Parc de la Ciutadella. The room has a double bed, desk, wardrobe and everything you need to enter to live, such as sheets.
The price of the room includes all the expenses and services described later in this text. The minimum accepted rental stay is for 32 nights. Under any circumstances we do not take touristic stays. We only accept mid-long term stays for students and young professionals for home use. We offer contract lengths ranging form 32 days till 6 months and you can make as many contract extensions as you wish for successive periods of maximum 6 months each extension. The initial maximum duration of the contract is 6 months plus an automatic extension, that is; one year.
The tenant must pay a deposit of € 1,000 that will be returned at the end of their contract, deducting € 300 as a non-returnable service fee (service fees and administrative expenses) that are described later.
The payment of the deposit and the service fee is made directly with the property manager at the latest within 48 hours immediately after the reservation is confirmed and, in all cases, must be paid before the delivery of keys and the effective check in date.

Professional Cleaning Service once a week: Cleaning for the maintenance of the common areas of the apartment is covered in the price and delivered by our professional cleaning staff.
Management of Professional Maintenance Services: Our Customer Support Department is in charge of managing and mediating with the maintenance technicians in any incident that you may have during your stay.
Check-in service 24h: With additional supplement if the service is required outside office working hours.
Door Opening Service 24h: in the event that you lose the keys, you can call our external control unit so that an agent will open the door for you 24h / 365 days. (€ 60 additional supplement per service if the service is required)
RENTAL CONDITIONS:
Security Deposit: € 700 returnable at the end of the contract.
Service Fee: € 300 per person.
Monthly contract: The payment of the rent is made for full calendar months, regardless of the date of entry and exit of the client in the corresponding month.
Cost Extension of contract: €60 per person.
Cost for Couples: Not Suitable for Couples.
CHECK-IN TIME:
Regular Check-in: Free from 03:00 p.m to 07:00 p.m on business days.
Late Check-in 24h: A late check-in cost of € 60 will be applied for Check-ins outside the regular Check-ins hours.

El precio de la habitación incluye todos los gastos y servicios descritos más adelante en este texto. La estancia mínima de alquiler aceptada es de 32 noches. Bajo ninguna circunstancia aceptamos estancias turísticas. Solo aceptamos estancias de medio-largo plazo para estudiantes y jóvenes profesionales que necesitan una habitación para uso de vivienda. La duración de nuestros contratos va desde 32 días hasta 6 meses y puedes hacer tantas extensiones de contrato como desees por períodos sucesivos de un máximo de 6 meses cada extensión. La duración máxima inicial de contrato es de 6 meses más una extensión automática, es decir; de un año.
El inquilino deberá desembolsar una fianza de 1.000€ que le será devuelta al finalizar su contrato, descontando 300€ en concepto de service fee no retornable (tasas de servicio y gastos administrativos) que se describen más adelante.
El pago de la fianza y el service fee se realiza directamente con el gestor de la propiedad a más tardar dentro de las 48 horas inmediatamente posteriores a la confirmación de la reserva y, en todos los casos, debe abonarse antes de la entrega de llaves y el Check-in efectivo.

Gestión de Servicios de mantenimiento Profesional: Nuestro Departamento de Customer Support se encarga de gestionar e intermediar con los técnicos de mantenimientos en cualquier incidencia que puedas tener durante tu estancia.
Servicio de Check-in 24h: con suplemento adicional si el servicio es requerido fuera del horario laboral de oficina.

Very central, guests love the sunset and sunrise views, the brightness, elevator, nearby supermarket, safe location, 5 minutes from the beach. Shared apartment only with me.

Other things to keep in mind:
You can wash clothes and hang them outside; There is a clothesline and a long cord.
There is a HAMMOCK where you can relax on the terrace and read your favorite book.
