You will move into a freshly renovated and stylishly furnished apartment in Cologne's Agnesviertel. You are the first tenant after renovation, the apartment can be occupied on February 14, 2022.
The apartment is a maisonette, is located on the 5th floor of an art nouveau monument and can be ideally inhabited with 2 people. The apartment is well suited for company employees, doctoral students or master students who would like to rent accommodation for a limited period of time that meets their requirements for their projects.
The big advantage is that the apartment is fully equipped, so you do not need time to set up and can immediately devote to their projects. The apartment is furnished for demanding tenants, with a sense of quality and design. The apartment has three rooms of approximately the same size (living/dining room, two bedrooms) and an associated basement, by which items to be stored can be conveniently stored.

In the apartment are oak floorboards from the company Berg & Berg from Sweden, the interior is timelessly chosen, in the colors oak / white.
In the hallway in the apartment entrance area are cabinets for shoes, wardrobe. For the tools and cleaning supplies, as well as things for everyday use, there is a separate storage room.
Directly to the left is the guest toilet and next to it is the entrance to the fully equipped large eat-in kitchen, with dishwasher, gas stove, oven and a large refrigerator. You can start cooking almost immediately and without effort when you move in. The large windows give a clear view of the backyards of the Agnesviertel.
In the living area there is a high-quality and comfortable sofa, as well as a comfortable reading chair with stool. The designer table (unique) was made of pear wood and has several drawers to store things. In the two lowboards is enough space for their favorite things.
The two bedrooms are equipped with valuable oak beds (140x200cm), closets and simple workstations.
Contemporary art hangs on gallery rails on the walls throughout the apartment. The apartment gets a lot of daylight and is therefore very bright.
The large bathroom with natural light has a toilet, shower and bathtub and houses the washing machine.
To the apartment belongs a cellar room, in which you can store further objects.
Location: You live in the middle of it, in the heart of Cologne, the Agnesviertel, the northern city center of Cologne. The Agnesviertel is very sought after, meanwhile a trendy area especially for young people. In the Agnesviertel there are not only the most beautiful streets and houses of Cologne, rather there are great, cafes, bars and restaurants. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment is the weekly market on Sudermannplatz, there bustle on Tuesdays and Fridays, farmers, fruit and vegetable vendors, bakers and gardeners.
