PAYMENTS:
In order to complete the booking the following payments must be completed, at least 2 weeks before the check-in date:
- the deposit, that we will give you back at the end of your stay within 30 business days after the check-out date;
- one-time initial and final cleaning fee (starting from €175) depending on the size of the flat.- for all apartments located in Rome, the cost of the city tax is required at check-in. This is equal to €6 per person per nightHOUSE RULES: Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartment.

Ampio open space, confortevole e luminoso, recentemente ristrutturato, situato nella parte più antica e caratteristica del paese, a 50 mt. dal lago, vicino al pontile del battello con il quale si possono comodamente raggiungere i paesi più belli del lago di Como. La angolo cottura è completa di accessori, piatti, stoviglie ed elettrodomestici: frigorifero, lavastoviglie, piastre a induzione e microonde. La zona notte è composta da 1 camera con 1 letto matrimoniale e 1 divano letto. L’appartamento è riservato ai non fumatori ed è dotato di wifi e televisione. Sono inoltre presenti asciugacapelli, asse e ferro da stiro, asciugamani e biancheria da notte per l'intera durata del soggiorno. L'appartamento si trova al secondo piano senza ascensore, in zona ZTL senza possibilità di effettuare carico/scarico con la macchina Rimane completamente a vostra disposizione ed ogni dettaglio è stato pensato per accogliervi in un ambiente pulito e confortevole. Abbiatene cura, siete i benvenuti! E' obbligatorio essere in possesso di una carta di credito da lasciare a garanzia contro eventuali danni. Non si accettano carte prepagate e bancomat.

Large open space comfortable and bright, recently renovated, located in the oldest and most characteristic part of the town, 50 meters away. from the lake, near the pier of the boat with which you can easily reach the most beautiful villages of Lake Como.
