La casa si trova a 15 minuti circa a piedi dal centro storico, con una passeggiata lungo il fiume Arno incoronato dai più meravigliosi monumenti storici sarete nel cuore della vecchia Firenze e se non avete voglia di passeggiare un comodo autobus ad un minuto da casa vi porterà praticamente ovunque. La casa si compone da due camere da letto di cui una doppia con letti singoli e una singola con balcone ed è questa che viene affittata essendo l'altra già occupata da una studentessa, c' è poi un bagno con vasca (questo è l'unico bagno presente nell'appartamento) cucina completamente attrezzata con un piccolo divano letto ad una piazza e mezza. L 'appartamento si trova al secondo piano senza ascensore, è molto luminoso e ben arredato si prega pertanto di avere la massima cura di tutti gli arredi e suppellettili. Non è permesso fare feste, musica ad alto volume, schiamazzi, non è permesso fumare né all' interno né in terrazza.

For the kitchen, you can use two: that of the Residenza and that of the Hotel (larger).
The Hotel kitchen is used by the staff only in the early morning until 12:00 to prepare breakfast for guests who stay a few nights. For the rest of the day they can only be used by long-term guests like you.
The kitchen of the Residenza has no time limits.
Every week we change linen, sheets, room cleaning.
We have washing machines both in the Hotel and in the Residence and regardless of what you choose when you arrive here, you can use the spaces of both structures.

I let one Room with bathroom in my apartment in Florence therefore you will shared this apartment with the owner of it.
it is near by the river , in the south part of the city, the district is called Bellariva , the apartment is about 1,5 km from the center of Florence, you can reach it by bus or by bicycle ; the supermarkets are not far , about 5 minutes walk . The bus numbers close to the apartment are 31 and 32, 14, 8, 23 . There is as well a big park where you can do your jogging .
The room is big and very bright, with a double bed for single use. The bathroom is equipped with a shower; the shared space is the kitchen and another room with a big table.
I am offering with a surcharge the possibillity to cook for you ; furthermore Wifi is available; in the summertime at the river and in front of the apartment some outdoor fashion pubs will open up.
