This apartment is in the sustainable wooden Ecodus building in Delft. It's mostly middle-aged people that live in this apartment building. The roof terraces and gardens are free to use. The distance to the TU Delft campus is 3 km by bicycle. Two big supermarkets Plus and Albert Heijn are less than 1 km away. Your housemate will be my brother of 21. He studies aircraft engineering at the Inholland School of Applied Sciences. My brother and I own this apartment together. You'll share the living room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet and hallway with him. Your private bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, desk with 27-inch monitor, office chair and coat rack. I'm subletting my room because I'm going on exchange to Lisbon for the Fall semester.
📜Note: the property is being cleaned once when new tenants move in. Be aware that it could be that tenants already live in the place when you arrive. So both you and the other tenants are responsible for keeping the place neat and tidy.
