tranquillo perchè situato all'ultimo piano di un condominio interno ,gli altri inquilini sono ragazzi di eta media tra 25 e 30 anni lavoratori , le pulizie dell'aree comuni sono (cucina , bagno ,ingresso e terrazza) sono gestite da una signora che viene una volta settimana e gia comprese nel prezzo tutte le spese sono comprese (acqua luce gas internet etc) riscaldamento condominiale molto confortevole per inverno (no aria condizionata ) ventilatore a soffitto .Biancheria letto e asciugamani compresi .
Le foto sono relative all'ingresso dell'ultimo inquilino quindi troverete la camera imbiancata di fresco e messa a nuovo.

A nice bright room in an old building back to XIX century, the 18 square meter room has a double bedroom, closet, armchair, desk and a bookcase. The apartment is located near to Piazza San Jacopino, where you can find all kind of shops you need for daily needs. It is also close to the historical centre of Florence, 5 minutes by bus to reach Santa Maria Novella Railways Station, and 15 minutes by feet to the University of Florence, the Social Sciences site of Novoli.
