The kitchen is in a separate room and contains a modern built-in kitchen including cutlery, crockery, oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine etc., which are as good as new. Business Internet flatrate is also incuded in the rent.
Monthly utilities (warm water, heating, electricity, other operating costs such as cleaning the stairs, waste disposal) are €300, resulting in a total monthly rent of €1650.
The apartment is very good located in Frankfurt am Main (Niederrad). It is close to public transportation such as Bus and Tram. There are also good shopping opportunities / super market (REW, Lidl, Penny etc.). The river Main can be reached in approximately 10-15 minutes.

In the shared flat there is an open kitchen area completely furnished with crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils with all electrical appliances, even a dishwasher, as well as seating area for the common use of all tenants.

In ruhiger Nebenstraße von Frankfurt-Bornheim, unweit vom Günthersburgpark und der Berger Straße vor wenigen Jahren in einer Altbauwohnung eine WG neu eingerichtet.
Die Wohnung liegt im Hochparterre eines gepflegten Wohnhauses aus dem Jahr 1900. Sie besteht aus 3 Zimmern, einer Küche, Diele und Bad. Hinter dem Haus steht den Bewohnern eine Terrasse (Innenhof) zur Verfügung.
Aktuell steht das größte Zimmer Nr. 2 zur Neuvermietung bereit.
Alle Zimmer wie auch Küche und Bad sind komplett möbliert, die Betten verfügen über neuwertige Matratzen, die Zimmer sind einzugsbereit: Sie brauchen nur noch die Zahnbürste mitbringen!
Die Zimmer werden "all inclusive" angeboten, d.h. alle Nebenkosten sind im Mietpreis enthalten, ebenso inkl. einer sehr schnellen Internetverbindung.
Darüber hinaus kommt eine Putzfrau alle 4 Wochen, um die Gemeinschaftsräume (Küche, Bad, Flur) zu reinigen. Dem dauerhaften WG-Frieden sollte somit nichts im Wege stehen. :)

Helle, schöne Altbau-Wohnung in Sachsenhausen, teilweise können Möbel übernommen werden. Vor 2 Jahren das letzte Mal gestrichen. Wir haben, um Platz zu sparen, selbst ein Hochbett reingebaut, das aber auch gut als Hochebene genutzt werden kann. Die Wohnung ist dadurch nicht WG-tauglich, da das Bad direkt an einem der Zimmer angeschlossen ist. Die Küche ist mit Spülmaschine, Herd und Ofen ausgestattet, alles funktioniert. Auch ein Kühlschrank bleibt. Im Bad ist bereits eine Waschmaschine. Gerne würden wir auch das Sofa in der Wohnung lassen, es ist ein Designerstück das superschnell in ein 140x200 cm Bett umgewandelt werden kann. Im Schlafzimmer ist ein großer Einbauschrank von Ikea, der auch bleibt und super viel Stauraum schafft. Die Toilette ist in einem kleinen separatem Raum mit Fenster. Vermutlich wird der Vermieter bei Vertragswechsel die Miete nochmals angleichen.
