Each bedroom is equipped with a box-spring bed with fine bedding, two bedside tables, a chest of drawers, a large closet, a working desk with a corresponding working desk chair, and a large sofa with a sofa desk. In addition, there is a large elegant kitchen with all the necessary cooking equipment and utensils. The fridge in the kitchen is large and has enough space to keep the food fresh. There is also a freezer, an oven, a stove, a dishwasher, and a washing machine in the kitchen. Furthermore, a beautiful seating corner, consisting of a big marble table and four chic chairs, invites you to socialize with your co-tenants. The bathroom is very spacious and elegant with a high-quality rain shower. Moreover, the building is equipped with a modern elevator.

The apartment is located in a very central location in a beautiful and well-maintained old building between Konstablerwache and Opera Square. Ideal for young professionals. Eschenheimer Tor is just a few minute walk - the nearest underground station is just a few meters away from the apartment. More central is hardly possible! In addition, this neighborhood convinces not only by its location but also by its hip vibes. At every corner, one can find trendy bars and restaurants.

Nordend alone is populated by 51,000 denizens and features some of the most beautiful architecture in town, many of the buildings and boulevards reaching back to the Wilhelminian time. Adding to that, there are various parks; one of them, the Bethmannpark, features the Garden of Heavenly peace, one of Germany's very few Chinese gardens. Lastly, there are numerous cafes, bars, and restaurants all over Nordend.
Helle, schöne Altbau-Wohnung in Sachsenhausen, teilweise können Möbel übernommen werden. Vor 2 Jahren das letzte Mal gestrichen. Wir haben, um Platz zu sparen, selbst ein Hochbett reingebaut, das aber auch gut als Hochebene genutzt werden kann. Die Wohnung ist dadurch nicht WG-tauglich, da das Bad direkt an einem der Zimmer angeschlossen ist. Die Küche ist mit Spülmaschine, Herd und Ofen ausgestattet, alles funktioniert. Auch ein Kühlschrank bleibt. Im Bad ist bereits eine Waschmaschine. Gerne würden wir auch das Sofa in der Wohnung lassen, es ist ein Designerstück das superschnell in ein 140x200 cm Bett umgewandelt werden kann. Im Schlafzimmer ist ein großer Einbauschrank von Ikea, der auch bleibt und super viel Stauraum schafft. Die Toilette ist in einem kleinen separatem Raum mit Fenster. Vermutlich wird der Vermieter bei Vertragswechsel die Miete nochmals angleichen.
