The monthly rent is 1030€ and includes all utilities (water, energy, electricity, caretaker service, etc.) as well as internet. There are no additional costs.
The apartment is fully furnished and includes its own kitchen and private bathroom with shower. The residence also has a gym, a communal kitchen, a study room, a roof terrace and a game room. There are also covered bicycle parking spaces, which can be used free of charge. The apartment is located on the 4th floor. In addition, you can borrow various utensils free of charge (vacuum cleaner, drying rack, game consoles). The internet is provided by a service provider and is fast and stable.
There is a courtyard adjacent to the communal kitchen and washing machines and dryers are also available. Packages are accepted in the lobby during the day, which can be picked up during service hours.
