You have to apply the gas/water/electricity by Eneco or Essent with your own name, the invoice is directly send to you! The current tenants pay 230 euro for g/w/e, it depends your usage)! The booking procedure:
• After the online payment done, landlords would be able to take over and directly contact potential tenants through email or what's up to deliver a standard rental contract for signing.

Rental condition:
