We have designed a comfortable, spacious and with lots of open air environment to make you feel at home, have your privacy and allow you to create connections with other colivers. The jewel in the crown is the 40m2 rooftop terrace that has a pergola and sofas to sit and enjoy a good conversation or simply relax and get some sun.

To wash your clothes you can use any of the two washing machines available, as well as dry them in the dryer or in the outside drying area.
The building uses renewable energy, specifically solar and aerothermal energy, so that you can enjoy an optimal temperature at any time of the year. To do this, you can use the heating or air conditioning when you need it and adjust to your personal preference. In addition, it has a constant air renewal system, which keeps the air fresh all day without even opening the window.
This penthouse bedroom with en-suite bathroom and private terrace is the dream of any couple working remotely. A very bright space with two windows with electric shutters and access to your own private terrace (6m2) and the big shared rooftop terrace.
