L'appartamento è in zona Corvetto/Porto di Mare. E' situato praticamente dove finisce la città (poco dopo comincia il parco agricolo sud di Milano) e quindi in una zona abbastanza tranquilla e fresca d'estate.
Nonostante la posizione periferica è comunque piuttosto ben collegato: la metropolitana linea 3 è a circa 10 minuti a piedi e ci sono due autubus vicino casa che possono avvicinarvi alle stazioni della metro.
La linea 3 della metropolitana vi porta a piazza del Duomo, Stazione Centrale e Stazione Rogoredo.
La stazione ferroviaria di Milano Rogoredo è in ogni caso piuttosto vicina e può essere raggiunta in 20 minuti a piedi.
Nell'appartamento non c'è gas, solo elettricità. Quindi scaldabagno elettrico per l'acqua calda, piano cottura a induzione. Ci sono poi una lavatrice/lavasciuga e una lavastoviglie.
C'è internet wifi ma la connessione non è su fibra ottica, quindi non particolarmente veloce.
E per finire segnalo che nell'appartamento non ci sono: l'aria condizionata, il bidet e la televisione.

This 66 m2 accommodation consists of a lovely living room, a multi-equipped kitchenette (washing machine, hob, oven, fridge, freezer), a single room and a double room, a bathroom with shower and window.
The autonomous heating guarantees the possibility of controlling the heating costs.
We're a bit old-fashioned and still prefer deposits like the good old days, so we require the deposit payment to be made to the property manager's bank account immediately after completing the reservation process on HousingAnywhere.

Tax excluded from the price:

Final Cleaning Service

Utilities
The utilities are included up to a maximum daily amount. Consumptions extra-threshold will be charged at check-out as follows: € 0.50/kWh (electricity), 1€/mc (gas).
