We would like to offer you a nicely furnished studio apartment in Prague for rent (1 + kk) in Smart Apartment Residence Prague close to nám. Bratří Synků and it’s just about 5 minutes from I.P. Pavlova / Muzeum and business district Pankrac and Brumlovka.
This furnished studio apartment in Prague is located on the 1st floor with windows looking into a quiet inside garden. It consists of a living room with equipped kitchen (fridge with freezer, ceramic hob, microwave), a very nice bathroom with shower, and an upper floor with a double bed. The fully furnished studio has its own closet room, sofa, and dining table. Also, the washing machine is available in the laundry room inside the house and it’s free to use without any extra payment. The size of the loft studio apartment is around 18m2.
Price includes EVERYTHING (high-speed wi-fi internet, energy and water utilities, etc.). A security deposit in the amount of one month's rent is required. If your stay is less than 3 months, then a deposit is 50% of the monthly rent. On top of all, we can provide you with proof of accommodation or a business license.
