A 3 bedroom apartment in a newly decorated apartment located in Hjarðarhagi in 107 Reykjavik. In less than a 5-minute walking distance from the University of Iceland. The apartment is fully equipped and there is a communal washing machine and a dryer. The apartment has two balconies, one from the kitchen and one from this room. Also really close to the bus station and grocery stores. Dominos is also in the same street as the apartment and the Cinema is also in a few minute walking distance. Less than 2 kilometers to the downtown area. Linens and towels are included and also wifi. Room nr 3 will be a private room next semester and one of the beds will be replaced by a desk and a chair.
The room has a good window facing the garden. It is in the basement of the house and you would use the kitchen, bathroom, dining room and living room on the first floor of the house, sharing with 3 other students.
We have a cat in the house, on second floor. The house is a family house in a quiet residency area, however in the Center, just 15 min. walk to the University of Iceland, to the State Library, the Art Museums and to all public transport. There are two families living on the second / third floors.
We are strict on house rules, no smoking and no parties and all quiet after 11 Pm.
