The flat share is made up of 3 young workers/master's students aged over 25: Gaël, who has been sharing since last October and works in the health sector, Wendy, who works in a nearby Japanese restaurant, and Judith, a 26-year-old German who will be starting a master's degree in Digital Media in September. We're located in the lovely district of Ixelles, near Place Fernand Cocq, Avenue Louise and Flagey, just a few minutes from tram 93 stop Defacqz, 5 min from Stéphanie, 10 from metro 2 and 6 Louise, 5 min from bus 71, which takes 20 min to the centre, and 25 min from the European institutions on foot’.
We have 8 private new furnished rooms in duplex appartement over 2 floors, comprising hall, 2 bathroom shower and 2 toilets , a fully equipped kitchen sutuated on the groundfloor of the house and big furnished living room in common ont he second floor ; The attribution of the rooms is obviously tributary of the availabilities of the moment. The rooms (+- 12 m2) comprise: bed, mattress, small cupboard, worktable, office chair, wardrobe , hangings, ceiling luminary, standard lamp, desk lamp , curtains (type Ikea, ...).We provide also forks and spoons, pot and pans and a clean pillow and a duvet at your arrival .
Wireless internet is included in the rent. There is a laundry shop in the street and also some shops .

In this house we have 11 private furnished rooms where 4 of them have private bathrooms and the other rooms have shared bathrooms .There is a big common living room with balcony and a large fully equiped kitchen with a second back kitchen . All kitchenware is available ( forks and spoons, pot and pans) and every kitchen has a dish washer , oven , fridge and freezer , cooking plates and sinks. There are several separate toilets and a laundry room in (hidden)ment with dryer and washing machine.
You can also use the outside common space at the backside of the house .
All room are clean and pleasant, furnished in a practical way and comprise: single or double bed, mattress, small cupboard, worktable, office chair, comfortable chair , wardrobe , hangings, ceiling luminary, standard lamp, desk lamp , curtains
We provide also and a pillow and a duvet at your arrival .
The checking in and out is done by an independent expertise office Ageci and these costs are at your charges . ( the price for this is calculated by the expertise office around 100 euro )
There is also a overnight guest fee of 35 euro a night and an assurance fee of 65 euro to be covered during your whole stay ( 65 euro to be paid only one time for a whole year )
