The apartment has plenty of light; one bedroom, one bathroom, a big kitchen and a perfect size terrace (perfect to enjoy nice dinners while enjoying a sunset). The place is a dream!! I’m asking 1250€ per month and 2 months of caution. Dates can be a bit flexible but the ideal would be from the 2nd of July (there’s another sublet going on so I need time to prepare the flat for you) to the 31st of April (possibility of prolonging also). Ideal for a single person or a couple. Pets allowed!
