The day area consists of a nice bright living room, perfect for sharing with family and friends, with access to an outdoor balcony with table and chairs to enjoy the outdoors. Nearby you have the kitchen, complete and bright, with all the utensils and appliances needed to cook your favorite recipes from the first day of arrival.
The sleeping area has 2 bedrooms and a study. The master bedroom with double bed, fitted closets and en suite bathroom, fully equipped with a comfortable toilet and shower area, an extra bedroom with closets and a study with table and chair complete the house. Finally a bathroom with shower.
This apartment is located a step away from the seafront with marinas, Playa del coco, the promenade and much more. In addition you have the metro station Gorg (L2) and the TRAM T5, very close, as well as bus lines, stores and services.

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).
