Ich (Marc) bin für ein Semester in Bilbao und vermiete deswegen mein Zimmer unter. Deswegen ist das Zimmer vollkommen möbliert (wie auf den Fotos zu sehen), nur meine persönlichen Gegenstände (bis auf Bücher, die du gerne lesen darfst, und wenn du magst ein paar Pflanzen) werde ich ausräumen.

From October 1st onwards there is 1 beatiful room available in a fully furnished shared student apartment in the 4th district, in Graf Starhemberggasse. The U1 stop Südtirolerplatz and the bus 13 A are just around the corner. You will also find a lot of shops and restaurants near by.
The apartment has 5 bedrooms in total, at the moment only make stundents live there, who get along with eachother very well.
The room is furnished with a single bed (including pillow and blanket), a wardrobe, a desk and a chair. There is a beautiful shared, equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub and an extra toilet.
The room costs € 510 This price is per month. Plus 70€ for heating/electricity and 10€ for Internet.
